I launched FederalMonitor.ca a few weeks ago and the reception has been quite positive so far.
This is the Federal version of OntarioMonitor.ca, a government relations SaaS that I've been running since 2011.
Hopefully in the next few weeks I'll connect the backend to Twitter so that it auto-tweets like @OntarioMonitor.
Twitter bots can provide a lot of value to the Twitter community by providing instant news (e.g. a law has been passed). They also drive value for the creator by providing a steady stream of users back to your SaaS.
